If it rains on the day of your service, our service manager and crew will assess the severity of the rain to determine if certain services can still be performed. If they determine that weather conditions dictate rescheduling, you will be notified. Please note that the safety of our employees and your property is of utmost importance to us.

We can try to accommodate a specific time for your appointment, but we cannot guarantee it due to the size and location of our jobs on a given day. Our schedule is built two days in advance, and we will send you a reminder email with your appointment time. If the time doesn’t work for you, let us know, and we will work with you to find a better time or day. However, please understand that we may not be able to meet all requests for specific appointment times.
